The purpose of carbonpolicy.org is to help improve the quality and effectiveness of government policies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
carbonpolicy.org was initiated by Bruce Rowse, who has worked in energy efficiency since 2002.
In 2013, frustrated by the inefficiency of some policies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions he wrote a book about improving policy effectiveness, but with a focus on just one area – Measurement and Verification.
This site was thus originally conceived as being one where there could be a discussion on Measurement and Verification (M&V) in carbon policy.
If you would like to contribute to carbonpolicy.org and post to this site please contact me (Bruce) by emailing clean”at symbol”carbonpolicy.org.
